1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing Rashid Academy's website and enrolling in our classes, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
This is a general template and should be reviewed by a legal professional before launch.
2. Enrollment and fees
Enrollment is confirmed once your seat is reserved and the applicable monthly fee is paid. Fees are listed on each class page and may change with prior notice.
Seats are limited per batch and allocated on a first-come basis.
3. Use of course material
All lectures, recordings, notes and tests are for your personal learning only. You may not record, copy, resell or redistribute any material without our written permission.
4. Student conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers and classmates during live sessions. We may suspend access for disruptive or abusive behaviour.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility, if any, will be communicated at the time of enrollment. Please confirm the current refund policy with our team before paying.
6. Service availability
We aim to deliver classes as scheduled, but we are not liable for interruptions caused by internet outages, technical issues or events beyond our control. Missed live classes remain available as recordings.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
