Refund & Fee Policy

1. Fees
Classes and courses are charged on a monthly basis. The fee for each class is listed on the website and is payable in advance via JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer.
Your seat and portal access are activated once payment is confirmed (usually after you share the payment screenshot on WhatsApp).
2. Free trial
We offer a 1-day trial class free of charge so you can experience our teaching before paying any fee.
3. Refunds
Because fees are billed monthly and access is granted immediately, fees are generally non-refundable once the month or class has begun.
If you request a refund before a batch starts, or in case of a genuine issue on our side, please contact us — we will review such requests fairly.
4. Cancellation
You may discontinue at any time; there is no automatic renewal beyond the month you have paid for. Please inform us so we can update your account.
5. Late or missed payments
If a monthly fee is not paid, portal and class access may be paused until the payment is cleared.
6. Disputes
If you have any concern about a payment or refund, please reach out through our Contact page or WhatsApp first so we can resolve it directly.
